Do I need a mesh system?
Not always. Sometimes moving or reconfiguring the router fixes it. We'll test before recommending hardware.
Why is my internet slower than what I pay for?
Usually Wi-Fi interference, an old router or device, or a problem on the ISP's side. We test wired vs. wireless to find out which.
Should I stop renting my router from my ISP?
Often yes. Rental fees run $10-$25 a month, so your own equipment usually pays for itself within a year or two.
