Stop using it and power it off. Every minute of use on a failing drive can make recovery harder. Then call us.
Can every drive be recovered?
No. We can recover from most failing drives that still spin up and from accidental deletion. Physically damaged drives may need a specialist clean-room lab, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
What's the easiest backup for a home user?
