Often, yes. An SSD and RAM upgrade can make a 5-year-old machine feel new. We'll diagnose it first and tell you honestly if replacement makes more sense.
Will I lose my files?
We back up your files before any repair that could put them at risk, and we'll tell you up front if a drive is too far gone.
Can you fix it remotely?
Many software problems can be fixed remotely using Windows Quick Assist, Microsoft Teams or RustDesk. Hardware problems need hands on the machine.
